A single 60-minute visit for those looking to address nutrition for a specific medical condition, who are not yet ready to commit to a program with multiple sessions, or who would like to schedule periodic nutrition visits at their own pace.

I AM CAPABLE

For those ready to jumpstart their health journey and lay the groundwork for meaningful change with goal-specific, personalized nutrition recommendations. We meet once a week for one month.

  • one 60-minute initial assessment

  • three 30-minute follow-up visits

  • Available in between visits for questions and guidance via email or text message

I AM CONFIDENT

For those who are ready to hit reset with a program that provides accountability and personalized guidance to build a healthier nutrition routine. We meet once a week over the course of 10 weeks.

  • nine 30-minute follow-up visits

I AM ALIGNED

For those on a mission to become the boss of their well-being and fully integrate a nutrition routine that withstands the test of time. We meet once a week for 10 weeks then at your own pace for the remaining four visits.
