Pb&B bliss balls



3 pitted Medjool dates, soaked in water

1/2 c peanut butter

2/3 c almond flour

1/2 c oats

1/3 c mashed banana

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

2 tbsp chia seeds

3 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp maple syrup


Combine in a food processor or vitamix, pulse until all ingredients are incorporated well.

Roll into balls.

Top with Trader Joe’s Super Seed and Ancient Grain Blend.

Keep refrigerated. Best served chilled!

Tip- refrigerate dough for at least 30 min before rolling into balls. This firms up the dough so it’s easier to form.
