Persimmon Smoothie



1 very ripe Hachiya persimmon

1 cup cooked then frozen cauliflower rice

3/4 cup milk (I used a combination almond and coconut)

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg


Combine all the ingredients into a blender until super smooth.

Transfer to a cup and enjoy! You may like to enjoy extra toppings like your favorite protein bar (I have Square Organics on mine), pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds, or nut butter.
