Apple Berry Bliss Balls



1/2 c almond flour

1/2 c walnut pieces 

4 small pitted dates, soaked in water

1/3 c raspberry apple chips  (Sisters Fruit Company)

1/3 c dried cranberries 

1 tbsp water

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp nutmeg

2 tbsp almond butter 

2-3 tbsp goji berries 


1) Combine all ingredients (except goji berries) in a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are incorporated well.

2) Roll into balls and garnish with goji berries.

3) Store in the refrigerator. *best served chilled!
